Proven experience in omnichannel, telemarketing, telesales in 3 years (preferably in retail optical field).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and google workspace

Job Description
Processing the database to be contacted with the daily basic connecting call with prospect
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote optical products (e.g. eyewear, lenses, also the promotions).
Respond to incoming inquiries and provide product information.
Recall and reminding customer every days for who is customer have a schedule to our store.
Inviting the customer for in-store visits or consultations with optical specialists.
Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with existing and prospects customers to close sales or ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
