Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law or at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, labor law, and relevant business regulations.
  • Excellent legal analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Professional proficiency in English, especially in reading and drafting legal documents.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and manage corporate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, etc.
  • Provide legal opinions on company operations to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage and update corporate legal documentation, including licenses, deeds, and other legal records.
  • Handle legal aspects of corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and others.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external parties on legal matters (notaries, legal consultants, government institutions).
  • Manage legal risks and provide effective legal solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., OJK, BKPM, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, etc.)
