Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+  years of experience in LMS administration, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using data management tools like 
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to provide user support and facilitate training.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and accessibleto all users.
• Assist with the creation, uploading, and management of course materials and content.
• Ensure proper course enrollment and monitor learner progress.
• Collect, analyze, and manage learning data to assess learner performance and system usage.
• Generate reports on training activities, participation, course completion, and user performance.
• Use data to identify trends and provide insights into areas of improvement or success.
• Support the delivery of training sessions for users on how to navigate and use the LMS
