A bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, retail management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related role is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Knowledge of retail trends and customer behavior is a plus.
