Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management in retail industry
• Experience with laptop setup and maintenance (Windows/Mac).
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, routers, VPNs).
• Familiarity with database systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Description

• Set up and configure laptops for new employees.
• Manage deactivation and retrieval of laptops when employees leave.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets (laptops, routers, peripherals).
• Ensure the company’s Wi-Fi and network systems function smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and fix network connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) if needed.
• Support in maintaining and optimizing company databases.
• Assist in backup, security, and performance monitoring of databases.
• Work with the Data team to ensure database reliability.
• Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Install and update necessary software and security patches.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed.
