Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Psychology, Management or related field
  • Have experience internship as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, retail industry is a plus
  • Knowing Technic interview Flow, Offering, and Test Psychology
  • Have a good communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace
  • Good time management
  • Familiar with Sosmed or Job portal for optimize hiring needs is a plus
  • Familiar with handling JOB fair events is a plus
  • Can join as soon as possible
  • Ability to commit 3 month internship period

Job Description

  • Sources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resume and job application as well as taking initial interviews
  • Perform reference checks as needed and facilitate the hiring process
  • Assessing talent application, conducting interview and managing both internal and external stakeholders for open position
  • Manager the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Taking other initiatives and activities supporting people activation program
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholder
