Fresh graduate in Psychology, Management or related field
Have experience internship as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, retail industry is a plus
Knowing Technic interview Flow, Offering, and Test Psychology
Have a good communication skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Proficiency in using Google Workspace
Good time management
Familiar with Sosmed or Job portal for optimize hiring needs is a plus
Familiar with handling JOB fair events is a plus
Can join as soon as possible
Ability to commit 3 month internship period
Job Description
Sources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resume and job application as well as taking initial interviews
Perform reference checks as needed and facilitate the hiring process
Assessing talent application, conducting interview and managing both internal and external stakeholders for open position
Manager the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Taking other initiatives and activities supporting people activation program
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholder
